The Hounslow Diaspora: Punjab, Gujarat, Mumbai — All in TW3

Hounslow is one of the most South Asian boroughs in Europe. Punjabis arrived first in the 60s and 70s, drawn by Heathrow jobs. Gujaratis came in the 80s, many via East Africa. Tamils, Sri Lankans, Nepalis and Afghans followed. Today over 30% of the borough has South Asian heritage.
